Night creatine


Last night before bed I took an extra five grams of powdered creatine. Last night and this morning the waking stretch cramps were 90 percent reduced in severity, frequency and duration. Wow. I used to take the creatine in the morning, but now I'll experiment with switching it to bedtime.

Left grip is 47 pounds (43, 43, 47), right grip is 95 pounds (95, 93, 91), left leg balance is 5.13 seconds, and inhale volume is 4700 mL.
