last night the thick phlegm closd my access to air, likely helped by the thrush. i stopped breathing for less than 30 seconds. when upright in the wc, i can breathe better because the goo drains downward. the original deal for the bed was that if i ever asked to be put back in the wc, it wd be done. they refused, saying i was better off in bed. it was a night of terror.
